The FEF-OSC community gathered virtually for an engaging and reflective second capacity-building webinar themed, "Communicating for Impact. The session explored a challenge nearly every CSO faces: the struggle to communicate results in ways that are clear, audience-specific, and impactful.
FEF-OSC Webinar 3 served as the programme’s final close-out session, designed to bring closure to the learning journey while clarifying end-of-programme processes and expectations. The webinar was designed as a space to curate reflections, and evidence generation to inform reporting, communication and sustainability beyond the project.

This second in-person Capacity Building Workshop builds on insights from previous engagements with the FEF-OSC 2025 cohort and addresses identified gaps through a practical, peer-consultancy approach. Designed to strengthen core competencies for impact, the sessions equip CSOs with hands-on tools, collaborative problem-solving opportunities, and expert guidance in key areas such as programme management, financial accountability, documentation, learning, and advocacy. The aim is to enhance both operational and strategic capacities, enabling CSOs to deliver quality programming, communicate results effectively, and leverage their work for sustainable impact.
The third FEF-OSC in-person capacity-building workshop was convened as part of the programme’s broader objective to strengthen the organisational sustainability, programme quality, and collaborative capacity of participating Civil Society Organisations (CSOs). Building on insights and learning trajectories emerging from earlier workshops and coaching sessions, this workshop was designed to consolidate learning, address remaining gaps, and support application across organisational practice. Delivered over three consecutive days from 2-4 December 2025, the workshop brought together the 21 CSO partners for a learning experience spanning Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC), sustainability thinking, partnership development, emotional intelligence, and outcome harvesting.
